1 / Energy Program Specialist

The Energy Program Specialist will work to implement energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives and projects. Program initiatives will include public and residential equity programs, rebate/resource programs, energy assessments, workforce training programs, and codes and standards support.

This will be a full-time position based in our Ukiah office, with an option for hybrid work in addition to local travel and occasional weekend and evening scheduling to conduct outreach at events and work with customers and local organizations.

Qualifications include:

Education or experience equivalent to a college degree or two years of experience in a closely related field
Knowledge of energy technologies, principles of energy management, usage, efficiency and conservation, as well as local and state level energy policy and goals
