NEWS: (The following position is now closed) 8/22/2008 A position is open for a Transportation Planner or Assistant Transportation Planner. 8/19/2008 A longtime member of the Institute of Transportation Engineers, Phil Dow has been elected as a Fellow, the highest ITE membership grade. Located in Ukiah on the North Coast of California, we currently provide administration and transportation planning staff for: Mendocino Council of Governments Lake County/City Area Planning Council Service Authority for Freeway Emergencies (SAFE) agencies both of Mendocino County and of Lake County.
